multiple screen

I have one HDMI slot in my laptop (DELL) which i have connected to a external monitor. No VGA slots. I want to add one more monitor (Extend Not Duplicate screen) . How do i go on about it?? I read that USB to VGA doesn't work and Vga Splitter duplicates the screen. Any help would be...
