@luckyman was kinda friendly, and happy to do this job.

My report came under 2 weeks, and it was well detailed. He explained further the tabs, and things I should understand about the work.

I checked, some of the links are already indexed while a couple of links are dead, this is very common to citation links. When I told him about it, he was very willing to redo, and make sure I get satisfied.

I'm pleased with this, and I understand the nature of citation links.

The work appeared thorough and there were many citations acquired that weren't already listed. Very good service that I would consider using for any GMB location and will definitely help with Local SEO efforts.
