Zeerk having problems can anyone sugest what to do

    I have two gigs that were finish and trying to complete the work but some odd reason the complete link is not appearing. I contacted or send DM to carsonrathi more than once on this forum the owner of Zeerk also sent a message to support and its almost been a week, but no answer getting ready to run a add campaign on my gigs but afraid that I won't get paid, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey,

    Once you complete the work, you need to click on 'deliver your work' in 'to do' option which you can see on 'footer' side under 'seller' option.

    Zeerk have the history to pay sellers in average 5-6hrs of payment request. If there's any seller here he can confirm the same. We ask for 24hrs time for payment (once buyer approve your work) but typically process payment in 5-6hrs.

    However there may be some cases in which we have skipped/missed the payment part either unintentionally or on the request of buyer.

    Clearly a software problem I still need this resolved,

    1 I click on the Seller, todo list and there is still no "Deliver your Work"

    2 I also check all my messages and there are none from a Zeerk administrator with the link to complete the work

    3 I have sent DM with my user name and pw and screen shots for you to see what I am seeing, I'm sure you are really busy I waited a five days and still no answer.

    4 Open a second service ticket with Zeerk and five days latter still no answer no call no email.

    5 Open a ticket with fiverr for different problem and even though there support system sucks my problem was resolved in two days. Zeerk on the other hand its only been 15 days also marking my delivery for jobs to crap.

    6 easy way to solved this is have someone from the support staff find the user name login and just mark the gigs completed.

    This is really simple issue and and realize your company still growing and you get hundreds of messages, but something this simple should not take so long and so many DM's, Open tickets, screen shots and even a post on bhw to complete.

    I have to say "STAY AWAY FROM ZEERK" its been over a month several messages open tickets and many many other ways to try and get support and nothing not even one email, you will be doing work and not get paid and if you required assistance you Will never get it. I think this post needs to be move to the shit list.
    only one way to put it the support "Sucks" save your self the headache and use other places like fiverr, giveme5, gigbucks.
