Hello sir. You do not qualify for the review copy unfortunately, but you can still try our services out! Minimum deposit in our panel is only $1. When testing our services if an order is not processing and we are unable to fix it, we will refund your test deposit back to our panel, paypal or whichever method you paid us with.

The panel is not down, orders can still be placed. Orders for v7 were not starting instantly but that has been resolved now. All other services are still starting within usual time frames.

You can still pay with paypal of course, but it would have to be done manually as per instructed on the deposit page. After enough manual payments the auto-paypal option will automatically be enabled. That been said, minimum deposit is still only $1 for the manual payment option.

Yes, we have non-drop views and like services. for views select any views in the ads category. All our ad views are non-drop. Might be best to avoid V3 and v19 as they can be very slow to start, so not best for a contest.

Ranking is a complex process. Our services can facilitate that process, but just buying views alone isn't enough to rank.
Services are designed to be able to process that order in 2-5 days, however majority of our recent orders for twitter likes have been for small orders, so the delivery speed data from there cannot be reliabliy extrapolated to predict how long 30,000 would take. theoretical speeds and actual speeds can sometimes differ, so for an order of 30,000 it could take longer than 2-5 days.
