YOUTUBE - What methods you use to research trending topics within your niche?

My niche has very broad audience and topics are countless, so I'm looking for some ideas/methods on how to make my research more effective in order to really hit the hot topics within it, possibly some keywords, trends, maybe something within YT itself, anyhow would like to hear some of your approaches.

Head on over to the Trends section of Google and search for the top trending topics/queries. Next, change “Web Search” to “YouTube Search” and then select your relevant category. You could also research these and then invest in the one most suitable for you.

Will dive into these, thanks! I also want to post my YT journey in here, can you direct me to the right section? Been a while since last time was surfing around here.. need to get used to the navigation.

I try to read all the articles from sources where I think it is possible that they might be interested in my niche.

Then I do a bit of Google searches and social media/Buzzsumo research to see if there are any common themes.

I also check some forums and comment sections, but as you can see, this does not cover everything.
