Yesterday i bought views for my client on fiverr for 10k views . i got 11k views but my client ask why view counter goes negative -5000

Yes you have the answer to your question in your post only.
Better go for Real HR views since youtube robots can track crappy views and will remove them.
 
maybe a delivery method is not good
* your supplier maybe not count accurate parameters for each request that make views count.
 
Hello friend. I am sorry for what you are currently experiencing. I want to tell you that I am always against the bought likes and I will give some reasons why I think it is not a good idea. Most of the times, the views are not natural and therefore they will act very little towards the traffic of your channel and hence inability to monetize.
