Youtube videos flagged within one hour of posting. Did I figure out why?

I posted about 12 videos yesterday on youtube. Everything was fine. Then I realized one by one they started to get flagged and eventually my account got banned.

I couldn't believe it! I thought that someone in my niche was flagging my videos to keep the competition low. So, I created two new accounts, exported the videos with different timings again (YT wouldn't' let me upload the same video again) and posted half on each last night. This morning the videos were all gone again!

I was scratching my head on what was going on here and I think I figured it out. Let me know if you agree or have experienced this same thing...

What I did was uploaded a transcript of the video. I read that it helps Youtube figure out what the video is about and helps it in its rankings. However, I think this is where I was getting flagged. In the transcript I put "click on the link below in the description to find out more."

I have a feeling that since I put that phrase in the transcript it alerts the Youtube team to manually review my video and they see it as a link baiting to push the viewer off their site. So, they flag it internally and ban my account. I created a new account and uploaded 2 videos without the transcript. So far so good, the videos have been up for a few hours. I hope they stick.

What do you think? Do you think using the words "click on my link" in the transcript is causing the problem?

I think if have said in your transcript that "click on my link in the description to know more/get more information/ or similar".
Then it not might be a problem.
