Before uploading a video is it best to just mute the audio? (the thing i dont like about this is the video has less value when its muted)

    Or

changing pitch of the audio so youtube cant recognize it? is it easy to do?

i mean like can i just load all the videos and change all the audios with 1 setting? or you have to do each one manually?

If so what program can edit(change pitch..etc) all of the audios in one shot?

you see muting would be a easy solution, but with changing pitch who knows if youtube still knows it has copyrighted audio or not. looks a bit risky to me. Lots of trial and error.

    anyone know a solution?

feel free to share your experience.

    Thanks

if you get virtual DJ you can place your video in there, (or just the sound file)
hit record and youtube doesn't recognise the track because it removes ALL properties and ties with the origional track.

you can find virtual DJ cracked almost anywhere :)

i've never been pulled up for sound in ANY of my 100+ videos :)

    hope this helped

also with VD you can change pitch, and their are MILLIONS of effects you can add with the click of a button :)

    thanks for the info.

do you know how much do you have to change the pitch so youtube wont know?

and once you found that settings, can you use that on all of your videos, or each video needs to be adjusted differently?

and how do you know if you changed it the right amount? only way to find out is to upload it?

I have been doing this for over a year now... looks like after the recent update that it no longer works. You need to change the pitch so much now that it sounds completely off.

Adding a short intro no longer works either. Youtube is Pissing me off!

I always select my music carefully as it grabs the viewers and stimulate to watch the vid longer.

I use Sony Vegas Pro and change the pitch.
I usually change it by 1 semitone.
With vocals I use 75% of one semitone max.
