Youtube video redirection some where once it click? Possible

Hi guys, just wanna aska interesting thing. Does it possible to redirect youtube video
which will redirect once someone click on the video ( when its streaming). I just found a video doing this. i am not sure either its normal or not. Can
someone tell me how to do thisplease let me know .. Thank you

yes you make an annotation but its a box and make it bordered around entire video and set to black so its nearly invisible. if you click anywhere on the video it takes u to the link they put.

With annotations you can only link to other urls on Youtube - you can't link to external sites.
