Youtube video identification tool

I have tried everything in grabbing the youtube music video directly from youtube.com in .mp4 format, adding my text and uploading the new music video again to their site trying to get passed their video identification tool but none of my ways have worked. I have tried changing the video format to avi, wmv, resizing and messing with the sound too but I just cant seem to get the right combination. So far their tool has tagged all my videos as belonging to a music company and displays an ad beside the video (which is what i'm trying to avoid). Do you guys have any suggestions I could do that you know might work because I have ran out of ways. I'm not sure on how youtube's video identification tool identifies a video but right now I need someone elses help because I can't seem to get passed it.

Surfers do not search the "actual music" in video's they SEARCH keywords.
So if youtube's identification tool/program shoots down the actual MP3 music,,

Then just use the artists names and song titles as keywords,,,
then maybe a video or photo of the artist and a sales pitch to your site and ring tones.
Because surfers can't tell there's no music until they click on the video and see your sales pitch.

Also instead of using an actual MP3 of the song which YouTube can identify,,
you might make some kind of video like a girl dancing with the song playing in the background. I don't think the identity program would detect that because it is now background noise.

yeah that was good advice. ill put it like this. I have a program on my iphone where I can start singing a song into the mic and it will recognize what song im singing and tell me the name/artist just based on that. so beating software like that would be near impossible.

has it been established for sure that it is matching the actual video files OR matching the keywords? if you upload the renamed and recompiled video with the following does it pick it up:
title: music video
desc: music
tags: none

i have a feeling it wont. it seems like doing a one to many comparison of video imaging on youtube's scale would take more processing than is feasible now, even for google?

try the keyword test above with a recompiled video and i will believe it.

I did a little testing and found that it was matching the actual video contents and not the music. I made a video with only the sound and the video covered completely and it did not recognize it. I then made a video with only the video playing and the sound muted and it matched it the the 3rd party content. I also tried to resize and crop a little bit of the video off to see if it would work but still no luck

Im quite interested in video editing. and i think thats mental that they can recognize video image. why not render the footage with a slight colour effect or contrast difference. surely that should help out?

Yea once your video gets popular and matches as first result for the search keyword then they will eventually find it but the real visitors between that time is what I'm trying to target to convert.

As to what limopk said about changing the contrast / colors of the video a little bit what application would be the fastest easiest to do that with, that could also watermark the video so I could do it all in one step?

Now.. what i'm going to say is my opinion.. but i'm pretty sure it's like this...

The video identification tool is not so great to find a video even if you change parts of it... they do not waste so much resources, because that's not even their job to do so.

If the owner of the video finds their video on youtube, they should message youtube about taking it down for copyright infridgement. So the same goes for adding owner's ads to it.

Known artists have somebody check youtube for videos of the artist, and message google about adding it to their network of videos, cause they're making money off it.

If the video matches your video completely, or if it's sound matches yours completely, then the video detector will probably warn the author, but if you change it, the only way they'd find it is manually, and they eventually will.

Just load the MP4 in super, convert it to another format. If you want to be sure convert it to another format again (2 converts). Then upload it to youtube and it should work, if it still doesn't then change the framerate setting in Super, as I guess that is what the id tool uses..
