I have a quick question for youtube that I'm confused about.
What format should the videos be uploaded in? (mpeg, wmv, or flv)
The reason I'm asking this is because I was wondering if I could download videos off youtube (.flv) and then reupload them using .flv or would I have to convert it first into wmv/mpeg?
If I do have to convert it first what do you recommend wmv or mpeg and why?
