Also posted this in making money youtube forum, but thought guys here maybe able to help also. Hi Guys, I started my own youtube fitness channel in January. ALL content on the channel is mine, and i have not conducted in any black hat techniques. In early June I hit 1k subs. I used to get numerous subscribers a day, however id say the past month ive been getting maybe 1-3 subs a day, and this has recently slowed down in past days to just 1. I had really strong growth once I hit over 200, then when it got to just before 1k it started to slow down. If anything my video quality is now better than what it was when i first started making them, so im confused as to why its slowed down, especially to just 1 subscriber a day. I put a minimum of 4 videos up a week, with some weeks putting them up every day (it depends a lot on my schedule) I also have a website, same name as youtube channel. I put posts up on here at least once a week, although i need to pick a different theme as ive messed about with it that much, the site is currently in a mess. This isn't SO much of a concern atm, as i want to focus more directly on the Youtube channel. I am planning on doing a 1k subscriber special, where i will be giving away a free t-shirt and free sample supplements to subscribers to encourage people to share my channel name & subscribe. Any advice on what i should / could do? I don't know if i can link to my channel due to post count, but my channel is called shreddybrek.
