There are many Youtube channels, some with good numbers of subscribers while others do not have many subscribers but still they review expensive mobiles, gadgets. My questions, how do they arrange these gadgets or mobiles? Do they really buy those and return those to store after review?

They have other businesses to find their channel. It is like investing money in any new business. You need money to make money now .
