YouTube Public Watch Hours (Already YouTube partner)

Hey everyone!
I bought a monetized channel 6 months ago. The channel was demonetized not long ago because of re-used content, but recently (1 month ago) I manage to get again in the partners program.
But that doesn't get you the ad revenue from the videos. Being in the partners program doesn't mean you actually earn from ads. So I need 4k watch hours to get the earnings from my ads.
So now, my problem is, I have 4k watch hours in the last 365 days, that is correctly updated in my stats:

I unprivate all my videos so everything is counting to public watch hours (that is the same I did to get in the partners program which required same 4k watch hours)
But now, my earn tab is only showing 3873 public watch hours, It's been like this for over a week:

I dont really know what to do, apart from continuing uploading some videos. The watch hours are NOT from reels.
I'm not sure whether I want to contact the YouTube support, as the channel, used bots for the watch hours (from the previous owner) and don't want YouTube to revise in deep.
Any tips or recommendations on what to do?
Has anyone experienced something similar?
Any help is much appreciated!

The previous videos from when the channel was bought were deleted because of re-used content. I change the channel aesthetic and niche. I only uploaded a few low-quality videos that are about 300 views each. The others videos have less, but they contain the bought watch hours. As said, these watch hours are from the previous owner and I don't want to attract to much attention from Youtube on those videos...

Are you posting long form content or shorts?

Oh right ok, you either have the option to work for the watch hours by uploading your own content consistently or simply going live or something for an hour and then buying the watch time through long videos like a live stream.. I'm surprised you're getting views I thought channels like that get shadow banned by youtube

Thought the same hahaha. When I bought the channel, they recently uploaded a video in their niche and got like 1.2k views, so that is why I decided to buy it (might be also bots). So right now, I'm sitting at 4 long format videos that are in my niche, 1 short and 13 unrelated (weird Indian) videos that were used to get the watch hours from the bots. It's kinda weird because I needed the 4k hours to get into the partner program but now that I also need 4k hours to start earning from the ads, they doesn't count it right....

yes so essentially it's at least 1k subscribers and 4k watch time it should show on youtube studios (which im sure you've checked already).. I would do drip feed if you're going to buy watch hours so it doesn't look suspicious. Just not sure if this is something worth doing long term.. I've looked around and don't see any good news about buying monetized channels

Yes, in my youtube studio it shows the 4k hours (the screenshot from the post) and also I got accepted into the partners program not long ago so the watch hours were counted right. What is drip feed? I'm kinda new to YouTube to be honest. It is worth it for me to buy the hours or just try to upload videos? As my last videos were sitting around 300 views, I would need a lot of videos to get the 127 hours...

it means to get the watch hours added slowly not fast.. But yes I would highly suggest you get the watch time alone

Much appreciated the help! Any secure way to do it? Where can I buy it?. I don't trust the sellers I know....

Right now I'm working on a bot to make me the Youtube videos on my niche, I might be able to start uploading a lot of videos very frequently, so I don't really know whether to buy it or just upload a ton of videos. How much would it cost to buy the 130 watch hours?

If I was that close, I would attempt to get the remaining hours needed organically in a few different ways. As you said, no need to have YT take a closer look if not necessary since it usually leads to additional account constraints, questions, problems, or verifications.

And no need to ruin progress with paid views unless mass watch hours are about to drop off from 1 yr ago. Any paid views would be in the form of shoutouts from other channels, company promotions, content/channel optimization, paid ads from anywhere but YT itself, email lists, etc.

Thanks for the reply! I'm going to try to get them organically (even tho is going to take me a lot), I think is pretty risky in my situation to paid for the watch hours or contact the youtube support... Let see how it goes

I would love to hear more about this bot.. And honestly not sure who to trust in terms of youtube views. All the SMM panels I personally used were useless in the end

The bot is currently giving some "decent" results, I will update as soon as it shows some good results. I dont know if I should optimize it for "reel" format videos or long format ones. Do you have any experience in the movie recap niche?
 
The statistics for watch hours are not updated in real time, sometimes it takes a few days to update.

That is what I thought, but it has been over 1 week, so there might be something wrong there
