    Hi everyone! :)

I often read and learn a lot from this fantastic forum, but this is my first post. I hope I'm posting in the right section.

I have a YouTube account with more than 3000 subscribers and 3500000 total views, and I received three partnership offers during the last 12 months. However, I never accepted because in some of my videos I used a copyrighted audio track.

But in few videos - with a copyrighted song, without modifying it - I got no copyright notification because of the missing corrispondence of the Content ID. Probably, this happened because the copyright owner did not registered his work in the Copyright Center on YouTube. So those videos are seen as "original" and I think I'm able to monetize them, also if they have a copyrighted (and not-recognized) track.

My question is: if I decide to accept a partnership and monetize those videos, could I have problems? Could I have a copyright strike anyway or - maybe, in future - some legal problems? And does those eventual "legal problems" depend /change by country or region?

I hope you can help me to solve this doubt. Thanks a lot in advance! ;)
