Youtube livestreamed Video buy Watchtime?

Hi,
Can i buy youtube watchtime from smm for a LivestreamED video. (A livestream which is over)

Or will that not work?

Well once the live video is done and you add it to youtube(usually auto) it's now considered a video... so if you send watch to the video it will count. @Cyberars they would know best. This guy seems like a YT guru

All smm panel has disabled their watchtime service.. did you find some other panel?
 
I have seen some SMM panel says they dont do watch hours to live streamed video, not sure why is that.. better check with the SMM panel directly if you already have access to some
