Youtube Limiting Uploads since when ?

So anybody know when this started to happen?

I am working on a new channel for youtube shorts but i can only post so many per day. Every 24 hours to be precise on that one.

Wow, never heard about this. Seems like they are taking some measures for new accounts.
 
Yea i have about 11 videos up 8 of them are shorts but that's my limit for 24 hours apparently. If i keep uploading every 24 hours they may increase.
 
It's crazy it's getting harder to make $$$

its all part of the cycle of seo - find an exploit, milk it. they close said exploit
and round and round we go.

I started seeing it happen more after the pandemic (fall 2020). I believe that’s when it was implemented. I believe the limit is 15 videos per 24 hour period.

Not only that, but it’s region based as well.
