I really need to find out the EXACT hour when a video of my competitor has been uploaded. Is there any chance? all I can see is "1 hour ago" or "3 days ago" ?

Can something be done ?!

maybe subscribe to their videos and you will get alerts whenever they upload new vids and you can see when they were uploaded
