OK. Solved,
You can not use the normal embed code to get this done it's impossible despite rumours of adding a parameter called mute on the embed code here's how if have done it.

The vid opens, auto plays and then it's also muted
View source of my page. All you need to accomplish this is to download swfobject.js and make it sit in the same location as the vid page. VOILA !
I can now add this URL inside an image source tag or I can use this url in an autohits exchange to gain video views from tonnes of people.
