PROJECT UPDATE 6.28.13
hey guys, sorry I have taken so long to update but I have really just been boosting my videos and slowly climbing ranks.
There is some bad news, my most profitable videos were deleted and the accounts were banned. The reason for this was due to the niche I was targeting. It was an adult related niche and I knew it wouldn't last forever but it did make me some quick money and the conversion rates were insane about 40%+. I am considering re uploading the videos again on a new account and just letting them rank naturally as the competition is so low they hit first page within an hour. I dont however want to risk my other 2 videos that I am really pushing as I think they will be far more lucrative once they hit #1 and #2 rank.

Like I said, most of my earnings were from my 2 low comp niche videos that got deleted but you can see in these next images that my higher comp videos are starting to get some traction. Neither video has a top 10 ranking for any keywords I am targeting but they are climbing the ranks slowly.

As you can see, my 2 high comp videos are getting impressions now and some clicks, however my conversion rate is god awful. I am currently linking directly to my survey from my video so I may build a blogger and change from YT-Survey-Download to TY-Blogger-Survey-Download as it seems to be the most popular method for increasing conversions that I have seen on BHW. The third video which shows 0's across the board I have not worked on at all and probably won't until I finish with these two.
As of today, here are my current earnings

So far my clickthrough has improved though I haven't changed anything yet. I know that if I am getting clicks than my video is convincing people to try and download my files, however they are not completing the survey so I need to ask myself why they aren't completing it.

Views - 7k, retention is low on these at 45% so I may increase this by purchasing some high retention views from bigbuddy

Backlinks - 600+ Using GSA SER targeting PR1+ and looking to knock out the video that is ranking #1 on Google for my main KW
Social Signals - 0 Probably a huge ranking factor that I am missing the boat on, will probably need to buy a service for this to hit #1
The views, likes, and favs came from a drip feed gig on Fiverr and took 5 days to complete. I think this is a little more natural, however the low retention views might hurt me in the end.

Keyword #1 430,000 searches per month - Ranking #29
Keyword #2 20,500 searches per month - Ranking #27
Keyword #3 No Data Available - Ranking #14

My thought is if I can reach top 10 for my #1 keyword I should generate enough traffic to make a solid income from just that one video...we will see.

I will also start working on a blogger page or possible use one of my own .coms to redirect my traffic from youtube instead of directing traffic right to the survey.

They deleted my videos & accounts few times too! Be patient and never give up
Yeah, the videos I had up were making some decent money too, I think I might just have to create another account and upload them again. I just fear having them link my accounts and ban all of them. Thinking I will use my vpn, clear my cache, and then login to the new account upload the 2 videos and never log back in again lol.
I am ranking in the top 30 for a keyword searched over 400k times a month, very afraid to risk losing that account thats for sure.
