YouTube Ghost SEO in Description

There's a way to do it but I am not quite sure, where the YT SEO experts who can chime in. Basically, you put keywords in your video description then get it imprinted in youtube search such that you can remove those keywords in the description and they still pop up in search results. Anyone understand how this "ghosting caching" works with keywords?

YouTube also pulls keywords from your tags and captions. If you bake your target words into an uploaded SRT transcript or the “tags” field, they stick in search even after you clear them from the visible description.

How long does it take for their algorithm to index these? Testing it currently with just SRT transcript and tags for keywords.

Wondering if theres a different way to quickly add keywords to description send views through keyword search then remove hmm

UPDATE: So my competition who does this ghost SEO for youtube, I realized some steps he takes that can help figure this out.

They add the wanted "ghost" SEO keyword to the file name + YouTube video title + Description. So for example, PIZZA586 is the desired keyword they want, they include PIZZA586 in the title of the video/description, then shortly after they edit the YouTube title to include only "PIZZA" and description the same. Now whoever searches PIZZA586 this video will come up but now the title and description just say PIZZA for keyword. They must do an extra step after that makes it stick to youtube results when searching "PIZZA586" this is where I am confused. Anyone know what this extra step can be? Maybe share the video on facebook or twitter while it still has PIZZA586?

I don´t know the answer but will be great if someone know what is this trick.
 
Yes, YouTube may temporarily cache metadata like keywords in descriptions, causing videos to rank even after edits.
