    Hey,

I saw a lot of videos of football videos, especially Premiere League videos.
And i was wondering how to they don't get copyright strike on non of these videos. Everytime i tried i upload some Premiere League video, i manage to avoid Content ID, but just several minutes later i get Manual Detection strike and my video is blocked worldwide. So can someone say me how these guys avoid manual detection and never get strike ?

When I have made football edits what I have found is that it depends on how long the clip is. If the clip is very short then they can't flag it for copyright, sometimes the copyright footage is like half way through the video that's why I always save the project so I can go back and make the clip shorter or remove it. Tbh there's no way round it, most of the time your video will just have copyright on it which means you can't monetize the video. All i can say is make your clips shorter. Have it around 3 seconds. Yeah, but there are actual football footage, like all goals and full highlights from the latest Premiere League matches. They can be like 3-10 minutes long.
All videos are like streched, but you can still see a TV logo, and they do not get copyright strike and also monetize these videos. Just search some latest Premiere League matches and you will find it.

Since they stretch the videos and probaly mess the sound up and change the md5, youtube doesnt automatically flag them as copyright. So until someone from the league sees and flags the video it will stay there. Many people use this tactic, it's good to a certain extent since all of your work and efforts can be crushed at any time by getting your channel banned if the person concerned finds your (his) videos.

Yeah, but that videos are best ranked videos on YouTube, so there is no way that they (Premiere League) didn't find them yet.

by creating a shorter clip of the said video, yt will not outright classify it as a copyright infringement.

These clips are not short, at all, they are about 4 min long. Just search on Youtube : Manchester city vs Chelsea 3-0 All Goals 2015 and you will find it.

I used to do this. Time stretch, video overlay/border, uppitching the audio track are some tactics to get round getting flagged. It's not worth it though. You will be found, your video's will get strike and your channel banned. Also another thing about these clips/channels is that even if it doesn't get removed, YOU don't get to monetize it. The money goes to EPL/UEFA or whoever files a claim like someone said above.

    example: youtube . com watch?v=SZ0JJyTZAww

I agree with all the sentiments expressed in this thread. Its simply too difficult a niche to work with. You work your butt off, and then when you have a little success you end up crapping out, and all your channels and accounts get banned. It's impossible to monetize with adsense because these accounts always get banned and no payout.

The only viable monetization is to direct this traffic to your own site and content lock it, or pitch CPA offers, and seriously - these people don't really fall for that crap anymore in my opinion. Look for a better model.

First of all that channel has footage of mostly friendly pre-season games not Premier League matches which aren't strictly regulated with TV right/CC because they don't matter. And, second you don't know if they're making money anyway even with the views. You can't monetize stuff like that. Either your Adsense will get banned when you try to cash out or UEFA/EPL will send a copyright claim and the revenue will go to them even if the video is allowed to remain up.

The video I posted in my other post had 700k+ on my channel views and that's exactly what happened to me. You can't make money (anymore) doing this, it's not worth the effort. Maybe you can scrape vine highlight clips to a blog highlight website or something but trying to make money this way direct on YouTube is a waste of time.

This channel UCVwO1TEVLVZU0I_Bgob9_hA does post friendly matches, but there are also a lot of Premiere League. And nobody actually gave me answer how this guy keep posting these videos, without getting strike.
I know that Premiere League blocks almost every video and really i don't have idea how this guy manages to do this.
And surely Premiere League spotted his videos, beacuse they are on 1st ranking position almost every time.
    So anybody has idea ?

    Look here :
    Watermark your logo
    change the music
    mix and edit
    Then the videos will work
They will be smooth I believe as far as I can see
