damn dude, like scorpion king said this actually is pretty sad. a youtube channel with almost 1 million views and no cash, you should have made thousands of dollars already! well, the good news is that your not too late, of course you missed out on a lot of money but you have to keep it moving. what niche is your channel? find a cpa offer that goes along with your channels niche, then put annotations in all of your videos as well as links in all of your videos that lead to your cpa offer. i hope this helps.

-Register at an affiliate network.
-Read through the site, google some terms if necessery or view a utube tutorial
-start promoting offers on your videos
And start using your brain.. dont wait others to spoonfeed you

Contact accounts you find spamming and ask them if they would like to purchase ad space on your videos under the description box. They will be sketchy obviously so make them pay first, use paypal if they won't pay first move on.
How much views does your account get a day and how many videos do you have uploaded. You can join fiverr.com and offer a service like I will promote your URL on my Youtube channel with over 1 million views for $5 then in the description box let them know how long u will offer them adspace for.

ok here is what i would do, put inside your description box on your videos something like
Your AD Here @ PM Me for Details.
Then you could either wait for replies to your inbox or try speeding up the process by finding videos with millions of views and reading the comments. Alot of people will be spamming there offers in the boxes, anyone you find spamming there ads in the comment boxes or in there profiles contact them letting them know you are selling Ad space on your description box for X Days tell them to PM you offers..
