Its not loading for me too. Perhaps during this time, they will track the accounts and ips which are using software like tubeincreaser.
 
if it only loads the front page, and if you try to watch embedded vids and it says this video is no longer availible your ip has been banned.
 
I was just having problems also. I had to refresh the page a couple of times, then it loaded fine.
 
Sometimes when I'm running increaser a lot the 'video no longer available' bit comes up all I do is close and reopen my browser and that seems to work, at least for me
 
They must have had system issues. It was down for me too. I cached some bad pages, clear browser history and all seems OK now.
