    First post here! :)

I have been looking at doing youtube gameplay videos for a while now and yes i know there is already thousands and thousands of people already doing it but i like it :)

I have tried to upload a gameplay of me doing my Advanced Warfare on veteran and i got a copyright notice for audiovisual content. The part it is reffering to is 49 seconds worth of video at the beginning of the game when they are dropping into the warzone.

It says that my video is blocked worldwide. What i dont get is why other youtubers have the same clips uploaded with ads and thats fine but mine has been flagged for copyright. I would like to file a dispute to get my video online but i dont want to get into any trouble with youtube or activision.

Any ideas on how to resolve this? Should i file a dispute? If so, what option should i choose? Below are the options it gives me

believe this copyright claim is not valid because:

-I own the CD / DVD or bought the song online.
-I'm not selling the video or making any money from it.
-I gave credit in the video.
-The video is my original content and I own all of the rights to it.
-I have a license or written permission from the proper rights holder to use this material.
-My use of the content meets the legal requirements for fair use or fair dealing under applicable copyright laws.
-The content is in the public domain or is not eligible for copyright protection.

Any help will be greatly appreciated :)

First tell, who copyright that video, search the name of that owner in google and check whether it is the official COD audio producer because 99% of the copyright issue claim from the false providers. I also had same issue with the COD AW2 and i dump down their claims because they are not official and not related to the video (Not with the audio only with video). If the producer is legitimate than you have to mute down your audio, no chance of being survive over with the copyright, otherwise your video will be taken down and hopefully your account will also busted.

Use this option - My use of the content meets the legal requirements for fair use or fair dealing under applicable copyright laws.

Most of the times, i had used and success ONLY with the false claim.

Oh so you've played Advance Warfare 2 already? Please tell me more.

And many people have them, yes, but most Youtubers have a commentary running, or they have added music to it or made it different in someway. Many tricks to do that.

You must partner your channel with a YouTube network that owns rights to the gaming content you are posting.

Even without adding music and commentary, you've done nothing wrong as long as it's not monetized. It wouldn't hurt to file a dispute, but you'll most likely just be talking to a brick wall.

If you didn't get a strike just scrap the video, partner up and reupload. Your network will deal with all of the copyright problems for you. Try Freedom, Machinima or Fullscreen and remember that monetizing any video game footage with AdSense will get you terminated.
