Is there a manual way or software that can "thumb up" or "thumb down" a youtube comment of my choice?

yep, use a proxy, clear your cookies, create utube account & rate, and repeat the process. you only need email verification for favorites, subscription & comment.

I am pretty sure there is no such software, and you will have to do it manually or have it made.

Why not try it with Firefox iMacros?! The whole process, from creating the email account, to changing the IP.

Hmm..could it work? How to tell iMacro, always to use a different username? That would be one problem.
