youtube comment exchange service?

I am using quite a bit of traffic, social exchange sites like addmefast etc but I cannot find any service which does youtube comments. Does anyone know of any service that does youtube comment exchange?

it's not recommended to use those services specially on Yt comments because they will be deleted by YouTube
