    Hey guys,
4 weeks ago i started my own yt gaming channel.
i make videos for a game, lets take cs:go as example:
i create a lot of videos like: de_dust ak only, de_dust desert eagle solo win etc.
i wrote a script with witch i can record my videos and upload them to youtube. so now it takes me 2 min to select a replay and i only press "go" and after 40 min my video is on youtube.
my content is not high quality but for me this way is better since i am not motivated enough to spend 4 hours to make a video for weeks and months with 0 income.
although the content is low quality my 4 most viewed videos have 24% 57% 68% 55% average percentage viewed.

video ranking process on youtube (so far as i understand it)
-if a new video is published it gets a certain exposure for the searchterm
-if these views are high retention it ranks for this searchterm
-after a while you lose the initial exposure and only if the video ranks you get more views until a better video pushes you down

so my plan was creating videos for each micro niche: de_dust desert eagle domination | de_dust desert glock domination etc until i have 3-5 each.
after 100 videos i check their performance and do some manual linkbuilding to the top 20
    rinse and repeat and earn 10$ a month for 20 cent/hour :p
if my channels has some minimum success i want to create a website for it to use the momentum

so far i produced 51 videos but my top videos only have 10 - 40 views.

do you guys have any input or ideas how i can improve my plan?
is a raffle a good idea? (if you are a subscriber and send in a replay you can win ingamestuff)

i dont want to risk my yt account since i done everything by the books, i use free music and i got a license from the game publisher so i can put videos on yt.
although my vids are low prodution the user gets what is in the title, so i dont copy spam the same video with 100 different titles nor do i publish videos like "free cs:go serials" etc

10-40 views are very less imo so would suggest you to start social media marketing which will get you many views and subscription, create groups related to the niche and then start sharing there.

Yes, Create a Page and Develop it through your brand, and Make sure you choose the correct keywords, and I really do BH+WH a mixture of it.
