Youtube channel monetization requirement unlocked, but I have a question...

After 4 months of creating content, I finally unlocked 2 of the 3 requirements to be eligible for Youtube channel monetization: I got 11,000+ subscribers and 10 million views for my shorts videos in the last 90 days. My channel is now under review and I am hoping that it will be approved for monetization. My question is this, I haven't reached the 4,000 hours watch time for my long videos ( i only have 2,400 watch hours), will I be able to monetize my long videos if I get approved for monetization? Or I will only be allowed to monetized my shorts video? I have been looking for answer to this question but I haven't found a clear answer to it.

both strategies are used for monetization. watch time hour is only for long videos. not for shorts

Yes, long videos can also be monetized once approved. Good luck.

Since you have already met the first two requirements, your channel will be reviewed to ensure that it complies with YouTube's monetization policies. If your channel is approved for monetization, you will be able to monetize all eligible videos on your channel, including your long videos, as long as they comply with YouTube's policies and guidelines.

They will be monetized when your account gets approved.
