YouTube can be a pain in the ass with third party content, even if you have their permission.
You can try to open a case and tell them that you have a written permission.
I've had issues where I used music from third parties and most of them got claimed after some time. There was nothing I could do.

u cant monetized re used content even if u have permissions. its already stated on guidlelines.
try to make ur own content.
although there are ways to monetize content with permissions those are different methods.but generally no

You actually can get monetized by uploading re-used content, the problem is that you are gonna get demonetized a lot of times but you can keep applying and get monetized again.. it's really weird

well i know that too. that's what i was trying to say.
in most cases u will also get rejected monetization when u apply with re used content.
i know blackhat methods to use, re used content and monetize it for a while etc
but besides that i was just giving The right advise to people who are new to this.
they need to understand as per guidelines re used content is not the way to monetize becoz it will cause quick demonetizations or rejections
