Okay, so I hired a legal document writer to write my terms of service for my YouTube bot coming out, and he wrote this:
4. You agree not to dispute any charge related to the license fee of the Product to your credit card company, or take any action resulting in the reversal of valid license fee. Failure to observe this provision shall result in penal Administrative Fee of USD200 chargeable from your credit card.

I was curious, how will I be able to take action when I get a reversal charge? Will I be able to say "You owe me $200 for reversing the payment?" lol.
 
And yeah, it's written in VB .NET, why?
 
I think you would be able to sue them in the united states for that amount...
 
Thanks for the information guys. I think I can use this for US citizens from what I heard.
