youtube banning rules

let's see for example i upload funny videos to my youtube account, these videos are from other people, i put the addsense in these videos, will i get banned? if the videos got many views with addsense will i be banned? i want to upload like one video per day.

To make money on a video you have to agree you have "worldwide distribution rights" to the content. So if the owner of the video sees it and files a DMCA, there is a good chance that account would be banned.
