First of all - yes, I searched other topics and didn't find answers.
I have experience with uploading +50k videos into one channel through API. I was banned on several channels but not on all. I can't figure it out what is exactly the cause of BAN. My questions to you are:
    1. Channel has 50k videos and all with audio created by high quality speech synthesizer. Are videos with audio only from speech synthesizer reason for BAN? (I can't find this in YT TOS)
    2. Are vidoes with text content taken from Wikipedia (or other websites) and trasformed into speech (synthesizer) reason for BAN?
    3. Is image of attractive but not erotic women taken for thumbnails for all channel's videos (50k) reason for BAN? (exactly the same image but with different text for each video)
    4. Is specifically the huge number of videos (50k) with audio from speech synthesizer and video with floating text (text is different in each video) reason for BAN? I mean if 1000 of such videos might be fine for YouTube but 50 000 is way to much and YT has to give BAN?
    5. Are static images as videos content (not thumbnail) for all videos of channel reason for BAN? (I mean each video has different image).
Guys, let's summarize our knowledge here! Post what you know about above.

Judged by your questions your whole strategie sounds s**t to me. To upload 50k Videos in one channel looks very unnatural and copying textst from wikipedia will ring yt/googles alarm bells as well. Furthermore its not allowed to usw costum thumbnails with pictures you didn't took from the actual video

Yeah. Deceptive click-baiting and plagiarism are both valid reasons for ban ... but it's probably the third that did it... 50k to one channel.

... and that's not even getting into any other potential issues like how views were driven.

There are a lot of channels with 50k-100k videos with audio only e.g. pronunciations. So I don't think that uploading 50k into one channel should be enough reason for BAN. What do you know about that?

About copying content from Wiki: it's copy from Wiki but converted into audio. So question to those who know: is YouTube able to find videos by audio and link these videos's audio to text content from external sites like Wiki?

About deceptive click-baiting (thumbnails): there are a lot of videos with thumbnails with almost naked womens where this image have nothing to do with video content like electronic music mixes videos. So what is the different between my case and those who are not BANNED (regarding thumbnail)?

    Still remains questions:
    1. Are videos with audio only from speech synthesizer reason for BAN? (I can't find this in YT TOS)
    5. Are static images as videos content (not thumbnail) for all videos of channel reason for BAN? (I mean each video has different image).

    Home Page:
    DO this :
Before u start uploading videos to the youtube(gmail) accounts ,go to the setting page of gmail and add a email forwarder to another email. That way you can see the exact reason youtube banned you. Youtube sends an email when they bann the account but as your gmial also gets banned at the same time you cant read that email. using the forwareder lets you read that last email on your forwarded email account

My best is someone flagged one of your video as bad content and youtube investigated an shut down ur whole channel. Atleast that what keep happening with my accounts. i do bulk uploading as well but not 5k lol :p

My gmail account were not banned. YouTube also replied to my request for reinstaiting the channel. First email from YouTube: "We'd like to inform you that due to repeated or severe violations of our Community Guidelines" and then YouTube replied to my reinstate request: "We've read your question regarding your account's suspension and reviewed the account history. Your account's been suspended because of repeated violations of our Terms of Use.".
And yes, my channel was flagged but in other hand my another channel was also flagged and I didn't get BAN on it for 2 months from the flagging day.

Chosing a thumbnail that doesn't have any connection with the video is obviously against YT's TOS and even some legit famous channels had their monetization banned because of this. You should just read YT's TOS and community guidelines to find out what you are prohibited to make.

Youtube don't know that the thumbnail is deceptive, that would require manual check
I think what is happening now that many "private" proxy services who markets to blackhat forums are usually crap and have been reused multiple times...

They check it manually after some flags on the video then because some people really got banned because of that. So if your videos are quite popular you should avoid using hot girls and other stuff that is not related to your video on thumbnails. You can look for misleading name\thumbnails in their TOS for more detailed info.

Instead of telling people they don't know what they're talking about, you may wish to consider that everyone has said the same thing and you're the only one not getting that you are violating the TOS in multiple ways... each of which would fail manual scrutiny. So, all it takes is anything that triggers manual review. Are other people getting away with some of the same stuff? Yes. For now... but then you wouldn't see all the ones that have been banned, now would you?

Have I seen people banned for deceptive clickbaiting? Yes. For hacking the system to jam a ridiculous number of vids on one channel? No, but that would be one of the clearest red flags on their end. They wouldn't even have to look at the thumbnails to see there's something going on there.

Ok, now what about these two points:
    1. Are videos with audio only from speech synthesizer reason for BAN? (I can't find this in YT TOS)
    5. Are static images as videos content (not thumbnail) for all videos of channel reason for BAN? (I mean each video has different image).

Never keep too many videos inside one account, otherwise it will all be shut down.

Instead do 5-10 videos per account and rotate proxies and let them rise naturally.

It takes about 3 months for them to naturally rank being untouched.
