YouTube Auto Video Loader For Multiple Accounts?

Hi all,

Does anyone know if there's a software for YouTube that can upload the same video to multiple youtube accounts?

It would be great if it could automate the process, give it different titles and descriptions that we can pre-load, and rotate proxies.

Any suggestions?
