    As you may be aware of, methods like "One week cash machine" are based on TV series/movies.

    I am currently a member of a CPA that allow movie sites, but I am struggling with my promotional videos to stick on YouTube.

    Leaving aside the dabatable question about whether having a website linking to an actual website that is actually streaming the video is legal or not (my view is that even if one doesn't host the videos/TV shows, it's still doing it illegal and looking for problems), I have setup few videos in youtube for a test purpose and none of them would stick for more than 4-5 days.

    The strange thing is I don't even put any scene of the actual movie in my 10 seconds video.
    I just used a girl talking about the video for few seconds and still... BAM, video deleted for copyright infringements!

    What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks in advance.

    Well, you are not doing anything wrong but no matter what is in video actually while your link is going to movie or TV show your video will get deleted. It is basically just a matter of time when your video will be removed. If it is very popular movie, lets say Sherlock Holmes, Immortals etc. your video could be deleted even in 12 hours after upload...

    Best thing is when just a video is deleted because your account is not banned, in worst case you will also lose your account... Youtube and movie niche is just a number game...

    Thanks for the quick response, emilex.

    This leads us to another question.
    Provided that I crap on my pants and I always use VPNs when it comes to any copyrighted stuff, is there any way Youtube will come after you or is closing your account/removing video considered enough for them to stay safe with the claiming they receive?

    Lets explain numbers:
    - if you upload 1 video to 1 account every day, than you will most probably earn much less than someone who upload 10 videos to 10K accounts every day :)
    - you will earn more if your accounts are up longer

    I dont want to sound stupid, but it is really common sense. Since we upload movies all our accounts will get deleted sooner or later, longer they stay the better. More account you have alive on YT you will earn more... I believe that you understand what I want to say...

    Who dares wins :D
    In my believes, we are small fishes in the dark blue sea but lets see what can happen:
    - your YT account will get deleted;
    - since it is leading to website, you may get warning from your hosting provider that they will delete your site and disable your account;
    - you may get warning from domain name provider that your domain will get deleted if you do not delete unappropriated content...

    So... take your wordpress database, create another site, delete old one and move on... Personally I believe that they will at first deal with file sharing sites, streaming sites, major forums... all that need much time.

    Earn some cash, save some cash, have fun... when this BH method die move to something else... That is normal for every BH method...
