I'm youtube-ing in this special type of niche, when there's no one but me (a year already). Until this old acquaintance of mine asked for something so I had to link my youtube video. A few weeks after, I found out that there's someone doing the same thing as me, and gains a much more viewers [I found out he's the one]. And the fact that he only steal those from me, (ripping and reuploading) because whenever I post something, after few minutes he has it already through his channel.

The thing is I have special partners (4) and their sites catches the video that shows up on the first video result. But the thing is my video has been always the second, as this thief always top the search. We have always the same video title, I have more expanded youtube description, with almost 8,000+ stable real subscribers and I fill the tags with possible search terms. I'm the first one to upload, the thief rips, then he garners more views. But whyyy..

Twist of twist: My 2 previous channels got taken down because of community guideline issues which I never violated. Found out his post on his google+ account saying "2 down, 3 more to go", and I think he was referring to my channel. *cries*

I'm thinking of flagging him back, but ain't nobody got that time fo that. lol, I feel really down about it, idk what to do. soo evil.

If your vids are unique I would report that guy.

EDIT: Watermark your videos, add intro with name of your channel so it would be more difficult to reupload

I agree... if you're videos are unique and legit, report that thief. And just as domkis30, watermark every video you upload with your business or domain name. Even watermarking it with your FB page would do. Just make sure when someone rip it up from your account, you still have free advertisement through it.

YES. the video has watermarks, but he crops/replace it, or just rip the mp3 file and reupload.

The niche is safe and legal, not survey thing or click to pay thing. I don't mind him reuploading (since many do that too, I can't control that), I don't care if he got few of the views, but the sad part is my videos aren't always first in search result (plus he surpasses the views I supposed to get) and my 2 channels were taken down for unknown reason.

Contacted youtube and still pending request. *cries river*
