My account got 100k views on the first day I started through youtube shorts and now it's getting nothing and sub count isn't going up. This really sucks... Is there any hope my account will be un shadowbanned or should I call it quits?

Did you use SMM panels or some kind of weird traffic? Those might be a cause.

literally nothing like that, just organic traffic and a really good niche and video content I guess. so frustrating.
It might not be shadowbanned but content engagement. You might've hit 1/2 topics that brought you a lot of views and now you're creating boring content, not viral.

Sometimes it happens that one gets 100k views to one video then nothing at the second. Is all about how well the specific video is performing.

If you didn't use any fishy method I don't see the reason you'd be banned.

No man literally everything stopped, I had about 6 videos going viral and then suddenly literally all of them stopped getting views and my subs stopped going up, now each new video (which has the same propensity to go viral as the others) get literally 0 views outside of myself. And I'm reuploading tiktok content but I thought that's normal, no?

create a new account and channel and try again

Shadowbanned does not exist.
You were lucky and youtube pushed you forward. Now look at the statistics and you will find the problem.
Check impressions and watch time.

My stats are all good, I really think I may have been shadowbanned.

You aren't shadow banned. That's just how the shorts algorithm works. One video can go viral, while the next one doesn't get anything. Unless you have an active subscriber audience then you have a bigger opportunity get your videos pushes. Just keep uploading and be patient.

You can try fix YouTube shadowban by using this way:

1. report to the youtube support team
2. follow their guidelines
3. rethink content
4. don’t stop uploading content
5. increase promotions

That might be a stroke of luck otherwise youtube videos take time to build an audience. Be patient, i hope, things will normalize as you go....
