lately google voice was released to the public.
that being said, someone should create a youtube account creator that signs up using some disposable email and then if a sms verification popups it signups for google voice then extracts the number, enters into the sms verification spot, waits for the pin the put it into the form and its done.
oh but google voice only works in the us, so this might not work out
