I've been looking into a few options for account creation. Here's how I see it.

    1) Proxies - You can use public proxies to create the account. You could use private proxies to create the account. The downside is that account has to stay live or that's money down the toilet. Prices average about $50 for 20 proxies.

    2) VPN - I looked into HMA (Hide My Ass VPN) and heard from several people that it takes several IP's to be able to create accounts. It's $11 per month which isn't bad, but if it doesn't work it's money wasted. I also looked into Strong VPN. The catch with them is they only allow you to change the server location 30 times a month. If the subnet is blocked by YouTube you're done.

The next problem you have after you create the account is to upload your videos with the same IP or at least the same Geo-location. Seems to me like you would need multiple IP's anyways. Even if you were to just buy YT-PVA's.

What strategies are you guys using?

I use my own DSL line with dynamic IP (changable IP). All i do is reset my modem/router for 10 sec then I get a new fresh IP. I sign up for a G account through the normal web form sign up, I verify the accounts through SMS verification, verify the alternate email verification link, complete the G+ profile, then sign in to YT, create a channel either using the G+ or create a username. Do some normal activities there liking, subscribing and commenting to a few popular vids. Upload the shit, run the vids on vagex, YLH, Enhance etc.

You can create a solid long lasting account in every 10-15mins with this routine. I usually can make 25 daily, uploading 10 vids each and non got banned.

Slow but sure your accounts and vids adds up and gets more favor if accounts are done carefully.

Don't waste money on expensive VPNs and private proxies. I've tried almost every proxies/cloaking services out there and every account created were banned even without using them.

I use HMA, and it's probably the worst part of uploading for me. Sometimes it takes me 20+ minutes just to find one IP that doesn't require a phone number. As for logging in with the same IP, I don't think HMA allows you to do this...I just make sure I log into the same location, and it's worked fine for me. I just wish I had the money to buy some PVA accounts and be done with it. :/

I buy YouTube accounts, and then use HMA VPN to login to the accounts. I login to my accounts with the same country / city IP, which keeps me unbanned.

    :)

HMA is no good. it's already banned from Google. Try to go with other VPNs or proxy sources

RDSL is your best bet for mass YT spamming.

When YouTube decides to ban one of your friends accounts, the rest will also get banned. If he used proxies, only that one account would get banned. :)

That might be, but I've had a couple of accounts banned because of copyright, and when I've been using HMA, the rest of the accounts hasn't get banned.

I agree, this is looking like the best option. (In context of Youtube+CPA method) Purchase the YouTube PVA's. Then use HMA VPN to upload the videos. I was also looking at Strong VPN just to be different because it's only $7 but they just don't have the IP addresses that HMA does. Along with the fact that logging into an account to upload a video (or 5 videos) is different then the account creation and verification.

Now the question becomes should I use a different IP to upload each video, or just do all 5 on the same one. (using CCleaner ofcourse)
