You're not eligible for an Azure free account

‌‌‌‌‌A few days ago, I passed the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub and received $1000 in Azure credits. After registering an Azure account as required and entering my credit card number (generated by a cryptocurrency wallet, which has worked before), the website displayed "You're not eligible for an Azure free account." Has anyone encountered this situation? Is this account now useless? How can I resolve this issue? Thank you.
