As the title suggests, I've heard that Mediavine/AdThrive pay a higher RPM than Adsense, so looking to work with people who have their site set up, have been accepted into these networks, but you're looking for even more traffic.
I have a large social media presence which appears to be around 20% USA, 10% UK, 5% Canada, 5% Australia. The remaining 60% is the rest of the world.
As Mediavine appears to not care about how many US visitors you get, but more about % (strange - as 20% of 1 million is greater than 50% of 100,000), I've not bothered trying to apply and instead, happy to work with people who are already in, as a 50/50 JV.
