Use a VPN or proxy
It’s block for all users from Kuwait.. every Kuwaiti can’t see it .. !! The message show to everyone from Kuwait “ this profile isn’t available in your region “

This is a new one. Use a proxy, wait for some time to see if anything changes. Might be an update happening. Else, contact them and complain.

Blame the country laws, they possibly blocked the account for a specific region and being the account owner, even you can't access it since you're in the same region.
Get a good-quality proxy or a premium VPN to keep it safe and still use it somehow.
