1) - What metric should I expect for the domain?
1.1 We start with DR or DA 10+ domains (we may confirm exception with a client if the domain has lower indicators but good quality)
1.2 Ahrefs anchor list is free of non-related anchors and hieroglyphs
1.3 The domain has good web archive history (no 301 redirects to other websites from the previous owner and no bad content)
1.4 We prioritize domains that used to have traffic and keywords by ahrefs
1.5 Usually, domains have at least 1-3 best-quality links (except of usual links of course).
e.g. for crypto niche it could be coinmarketcap, cointelegraph, etc.
1.6 We prefer domains with the presence of the author, social networks and other EAT/YMYL points
1.7 If the domain is still in the index, it will be another positive signal
2) - Will you allow the buyer to buy the domain so no need to do the domain xfer later?
We create email and domain register accounts for each separate client, so there will be no need for a transfer. However, if you still want to buy it with your own account, we can accept it starting from the 2nd order
3) - What link building strategy will be used on the PBN?
It depends on website, however usually we do some blog posting inside our tier 2 PBNs and crowd building.
