Hi BHW members,

I have a new crypto forum with 122 members and I pay micro workers to post weekly questions.

So I need your opinion about these questions below:

1. Is it a good idea to hire long-term virtual assistants to answer questions?
2. After having some engagements on the form what is the next step?
3. Knowing that the related crypto keywords are expensive, what is the best way to promote my forum?
4. Can I drive POP UNDER traffic to my forum and then request monetization to crypto advertising networks (CPM, CPC...)?

Thank you for your tips!

1. Yes
2. More engagements (more VA's)
3. Crypto forums are still virgins (except the big ones) so you have a big chance with the right budget
4.Pop (up or under) traffic is shit , don't waste your money
(Talking from experience with other niches )
You have lot of work ahead , not an easy task

Have you a suggestion about a good promotion method?
POP UNDER traffic is only for monetizing via ad network and NOT to get leads

Honestly i tried that for some quick bucks and ended up paying few k for few $$ in return
Those pop up/under shit need some quite budget , not someone trying to get fast few bucks , i can see it now as branding more than "arbitrage"
Just be sure you test with small budget (not sure why platforms are still opens , since most of their traffic are coming from botnets and hacked websites ...) but even you find a good solution , be carefull with your spending comparing to your return .
Spending on some forum (sorry i can't see i working , i will focus on SEO if i was you ) since it's easier to rank for new coins ..but its your choice
Good luck buddy !

I tried pop under ads many years ago. It was a losing venture for me. I didn’t make any money at all. But the pop under ads were coming from software installs so it was all spam.

1 top product from digistore24 -> 210000 landing page visits from USA -> ZERO conversion!

When you say "it's easier to rank for new coins", do you mean posting threads about new coins, PAA...?

About #3 may be you can try to find other indirectly related forums (investment-oriented) and from there you can try to build threads or signature that send people back to your forum. Your goal should be to create a group of consistent members and as the conversation takes shape people will eventually start sharing your forum and your traffic will increase over time.

I think building a forum is more like navigating a cruise ship as opposed to a speed boat. So, patience is key. Focus on giving value to your visitors and remain patient while at it.

Best Regards.

you really need to filter your traffic to sell something, there are many tools out there that can help you track it down

Forums aren't big in crypto anymore bro, this is not 2012 anymore. Better create telegram groups and discord servers.

Forums are old. You'll probably have more success with a discord server.

Of course you will not benefit from SEO. If you try to focus on quick Q&A on google search, just optimize a website for SERPs

Bro you are a bastard fake account created 2 days ago. You just rewrite my reply and add bullcrap general sentence about seo to seem uniqe. FU stupid bot!
Very rude and uncalled for.

I was agreeing with you. It's not like you're the only person on the planet with that opinion. You're a bit self centered. I also mentioned SERPs. Cherry picking data is your strong suit I see.

Exactly , since new coins have less search results , your VA can write something about that coin , and basically any cheap SEO service will push your website

POP UNDER traffic is only for monetizing via ad network and NOT to get leads
you could sell ad positions in your forum to crypto-related projects and keep the site more clean
