"The Shit List People and Companies to Stay away from! I've learned the world is full of shitty people, scam artists, crooks, robbers, cyber punks. Report them here so other people don't get taken!"
<rant> I have been a member of this forum for three months and two days now. I enjoy Blackhatworld quite a bit. I make it a point to peruse most, if not all, of the sections frequently to see if there are any methods that I can implement and spin to make money. By that definition, I may still be a noob, but dammit I'm a helpful noob, a dedicated noob, and a smart noob with several worthwhile ideas.
This section, besides the Forum Suggestions section, I visit the least. Why? It seems that for every worthwhile thread here (the Arthas/IDKfawin32 debacle, UptownBulker, and "at what point do I start to worry?" to name a few), there are multiplicatively more pointless threads that do nothing but label members in the minds of other members as scammers, whether or not they have actually scammed.
For example: the Mark situation thread that popped up yesterday and today has over 100 replies and has been closed for good reason. Is he annoying? Yes, I'm sure we can all agree. Does he DP method-rape? Yes, he has been proven to have done so. One of the hundreds, I'm sure. Just five days ago a member here stole my Theme Park method and sold it as an ebook on DP, word for word. For all we know, Mark could be Peter1988 reincarnate. His typing fashion sure is a hell of a lot similar. However, it is all speculation.
In this section of the forum we have scammers telling scammers that they are scammers, we have scammers scamming scammers for scams scamming scammers about their own shitty scams, and we have whiny bitching. One chargeback, one problem, one miniscule irksome difficulty, ladies and gentlemen, does NOT make an individual worthy of being put onto the Shit List. It just doesn't make sense to me, and shouldn't to you. Reputation points come and go, but a general idea of a member stays with that member in your eyes permanently and changes rarely.
In no way, shape, or form am I moderator. In no way, shape, or form am I an administrator. In no way, shape, or form am I any better than you. And in no, way, shape, or form am I telling you to listen to me or else. Hell, I may be guilty of some of the same shit I'm ranting about right now. I just want this to change, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. A BHW member recently made a good point. We are members of a blackhat forum. Therefore, at some point or another, we are all scammers. It's just when BHW members themselves fall victims to the scams that the shit starts to hit the fan. And for what reason? Reparations? What are you, a slave?
I don't know anyone on this forum personally. And the chances are great that you don't either. Then who are we to bash the morals, ideas, and minds of others when all we have for proof of person are the letters that they type? We aren't. When we write things that are not true, simply speculation based on personal, online experience, are we not guilty of something by the name of libel (a false and malicious publication printed for the purpose of defaming a living person). I tend to think so.
I don't understand. If you had a bad situation with another member, solve it yourself or talk to a moderator. There is a reason that they are moderators, and I think that is to moderate. The general Blackhatworld public does not need to be bothered by your loss of $40 from another member, it's just a cause to waste a few minutes reading threads and replies, pointless threads just like this one, telling you things taht you already know.
I've seen a significant increase in dishonesty amongst the forum since the first of March, and it is perturbing. Are we all going to be responsible for the destruction of this forum? I like to think not, as I love this forum. It is like a second life to me, and that's saying something, since my first one is not that bad itself. I'm in no way a peace advocate, but there are things that need to be said and others that do not. Is this making any sense at all, or should I just stop? I think I should.
The staff at this forum do an amazing job, but it should not be their job to put you into a place you know you should be in anways, if you catch my drift. If you have a bad experience, fix it yourself, or don't bother calling yourself an internet marketer. Marketing is trial and error, not trial and success. There will always be bumps on the road to wealth. </rant>
