Your MEAN stack programming skills and my idea - 0 to 1 Business idea

Hi everone. I had developed an APP with backend in MEAN stack and frontend using IONIC 3 related to taxi industry. This kind of business is not launched yet in India, so its 0 to 1 idea. I wasn't able to launch due to Covid and now its need few updates before a launch. My projections are 60 Crores EBITDA in 3 yrs and 10 Crores in 1 yr. You have to manage all the tech side as a CTO and i will look on the marketing side of the business. Minimum experience should be 5 yrs in the technologies mentioned above .
