I find a lot of high PR ******** sites open to spam. Usually, leaving my link is easy peasy.

However, today i found a ******** with a whole bunch of PR5 and PR6 pages in its site index + registered. Each page has 5 - 10 comment spam links on it already. Some are recent (i.e. last week). Should be easy game for me, but it's driving me f*cking nuts. :banghead:

Everytime i try and comment, it says "Your comment has triggered the installed spam filter and will not be accepted." It's a common spam filter, usually you can get round it by only leaving one link. Not this time.

I've tried copying other spammers exact comment format and changed the words. No dice. Can do plain text html or rich text. Still no dice.

Usually I wouldn't mind + just move on, but other spammers have left comments so why the f*ck can't I!? There's one comment on there that's got 3 spam links in a row with "nice post" and they let it through, but it wont accept my well written in-context links.

Any tips for getting round the spam filter? I'm not going to eat or sleep 'til I crack this!

Are they wordpress blogs? If so try clearing your cookies, use a proxy, use a different email address, and a different name and see if that works.

That's pretty funny dude. Wish I could claim that blog was one of mine ... I'd be liable to plant some spam comments on a blog like that and lock it down.

Then I'd sit back, watch out for a live one like you who tries to comment every which way without success, and laugh evilly.

That might be the situation here. Don't let it drive you nuts; move on.

maybe you should comment your own blogs and approve those comments in your wp-admin to gain some trust in askimet eyes? in case we are talking about WP of course.
or change IP, clean cookies, cache....
