It seems somewhat expensive, but I realize that they are quality links to your site. My questions are:

Have you used the site and how were your results?

They say to submit like 50 posts a month for one keyword and the same anchor text. Would these links look unnatural to google?

Should I just do that and get a keyword ranked high and then move on to the next or should I spread it out and maybe do 10 posts about 5 keywords per month?

What if I'm targeting two keywords on the same page like
    best tasty treat
    tasty treats for fun
    treat for fun times

Should I submit 50 posts with anchor text "best tasty treat" and then 50 for "tasty treats for fun" and then 50 on "treat for fun times", or maybe I could save money and do 50 using the anchor text "best tasty treats for fun times"?

Don't combine keywords. Submit 50-50-50 of them. Try to randomize the submissions. I used BMR it's good but the blogs they post on are low quality (though high pagerank) because they post junk content on these and that is my only concern with them.

BMR works, But the only downside is that you have to write unique content for each post. So before subscribing you have to be prepared for writing lots of unique contents. Treat them like ezine articles as they manually check each posts befroe publishing.

Also one particular thing I like about BMR is that they give the live URLs of the post you have made. This helps is further backlinking those for extra link juice.

    Hope that helps : )
