As you can see from my sign up date and the limited number of posts I have made since I am not the SEO guru I wish I was. That being said I have been able to make the occasional contribution to the forum via offline marketing. I previously shared some offline mailing tactics that my partner and I had used in the past with success, it seemed well received and I finally decided to share a much different experience regarding Offline Marketing and Outsourcing. I will keep the initial post a bit short however if there is interest and people ask some questions I will be happy to answer them. I am currently in Siberia because I love bitter cold weather and am a glutton for punishment (or maybe I just love borsch and Russian chics haha), so please keep that in mind if sending me a PM or waiting for responses on the forum. It Begins: August 14th 2013 I touched down in Cebu City Philippines without a clue what I was doing, simply a desire to take my offline marketing business to the next level, sounds easy right? Wrong!!!! I initially contacted several call centers in Cebu as well as reached out to some smaller operations on other islands and boy was I in for the education of a lifetime. My main goal when i arrived was to open a B2B cold calling operation that would turn cold leads into warm leads for me to call and then close for new business. What I learned and what I ended up doing were two totally different things. I posted a picture of the office in all of its glory and if anyone is interested in the subject of outsourcing and BPO in the Philippines I will be happy to elaborate further in additional posts in this thread. Hope everyone is having a good new year and staying warm, at least I am trying.
