Hey Ya'll,

Now that I got ya in here, Wanted to ask if my fellow B-hatters could do me a favor and register at a free site that I have. I am looking to get as many members as I can to help it get established so I can get more members.

The site is dedicated for the men and women of our armed forces. It is basically like my*space but for Soldiers, family and friends. I had a sister leave in Oct for a year to Iraq and that gave me the inspiration to get this going. If ya'll could take 5 minutes of your day it would very much be appreciated.

I want to note that I am not making any kind of profit off of this, I just thought it would be a good idea for those over seas. I am also in the works right now with military*com for sponsorship. Also if you have any family or friends that is in the military or ex-military please help pass it along.

Please take 5 minutes to register. The more the better.

A little side note, I talked to mod pofecker and he gave me the ok to post this in hope of getting some love. So Thank You Pofecker for that. Very much appreciated.

And thanks to all who take the time to help me out.

It's a great site and I think it will be a huge moral boost to the men and women in the military. Thanks to xplicit for doing this...it's a good thing...

That isnt what others would like to see in profile descriptions, Its for the men and women of our armed force, not to mention families.

If you are going to leave a description like that, then I would rather you just not help out and be on your way.

War sucks but is a necessity . I am willing to fight and die for the very freedoms in which I hold dear .

But then again this forum is about making money . So if you can profit off of the military then so be it!!

Which may or may not be xplicit's goal . But i see 2 things here . One a person who loves his country . Also I see an inspiring entrepreneur . So if you put the 2 together you have one hell of a business . A man should be able to profit off what he loves .

I signed up to and mailed to a buddy of mine ho is serving for the Royal Dutch Navy in Afghanistan.

I signed up also. Good luck on your site. I would contact some local military installations to see if they would be interested in it.

Antsaoo - I am really not trying to profit from the site, It was an idea I had when my siser got shipped over seas. Bu dont get me wrong if it does become big, I have no problem if someone wants to offer me some money for ad space or something.

Dave, Razo, & JT (just thinking) - I have been contact different military organizations. A fellow BH'er who is a "newb" actually contacted me and said that his father was the one of the national commanders of the VFW, so hat was really sweet, We are talking backing and forth about some ideas.

I have also done my share of getting the name put there to different groups and websites across the i-net.

I guess I just thought it would be cool if service men and women not only could talk to their families while they are serving away from home, but also, for the service mean and women to be able to keep in touch with eachother when hey get shipped back home.

I was in the Air Force and had quite a few damn good friends that once we got out, we all went our separate ways and never talked again.

Again, thanks to all who have taken time and helped out. I am sure alot of "newbs" seen the title of the topic and thought HELL YEA, another freebie, bu when they get here, they get pissed and dont sign up...lol

great idea mate im currently serving in the British army and just returned from Basrah, iraq in June last year. Afghan in July 2009 Bring it on lol!!!
